DEBAMED® Absorber with Compartments

Sample tube holder with absorbent properties, for transporting samples of biological substances.

DEBAMED® Absorber with Compartments for transporting samples of biological substances. In order to comply with current ADR and IATA regulations, absorbers must be positioned between the primary and secondary packaging. The absorber with compartments ensures primary containers reach their destination safely – even for fragile primary containers (e. g., glass tubes).

DEBAMED® Isothermal Pouch

For transporting samples of biological substances (particularly blood gases) in cooled conditions.

DEBAMED® Isothermal Pouch enables optimised transport ofblood gases in a cooled environment. Combined with secondary packaging (e. g., the Speci-Bag), it complies with the international and European Guidance on regulations for the transport of infectious substances (ADR – IATA – WHO – ISO 15189).

DEBAMED® Isothermal Pouch with compartments overview of features:

  • The cooler bags are fitted with eutectic gel(s) to keep biological samples at a temperature of +2 °C to +8 °C during transport.
  • Suitable for pneumatic tube transport (via pipelines)

Available in Two Versions:

  • Store open in a fridge for short journeys (via pneumatic tubes)
  • Store open in a freezer for journeys lasting up to one hour under test conditions (please refer to the instructions on the bag)
  • Closure: reusable Velcro® fastener.

For transporting samples of biological substances under temperature-controlled conditions.

DEBAMED® Eutectic Plate can be used for transporting samples of biological substances under temperature-controlled conditions (ambient, cooled, frozen) in compliance with the International and European Guidance on regulations for the transport of infectious substances (ADR- IATA – WHO – ISO 15189).

  • Source of heat / cold for transporting samples of biological substances under temperature-controlled conditions
  • Maintains a constant temperature inside insulated containers
  • Good heat absorption / heat emission properties thanks to homogenous structure
  • Different products available for different temperatures:
    -21 °C: 273.08 kJ/kg – yellow lid
    -3 °C: 314.09 kJ/kg – green lid
    +18 °C: 166.70 kJ/kg – orange lid
  • Material: HDPE; white; no print
