DEBAMED® Lab-Box
Bags for transporting samples of biological substances
Die DEBAMED® Lab-Box is an insulated bag. This reinforced bag can be used internally, for transporting substances around hospitals, or externally as secondary packaging for transporting samples of biological substances category B (UN3373) in compliance with the international and European Guidance on regulations for the transport of infectious substances (ADR – WHO – ISO 15189).
DEBAMED® Lab-Box features:
- In combination with eutectic plates, samples can be kept at a constant temperature for up to 6 hours during transport
- Complies with UN3373 regulations
- Tested by an external test lab in accordance with packaging instruction P650 for ADR class 6.2
- Exterior made from water resistent, easy-to-clean polyester (double polyurethane insulation) reinforced with detachable base (PVC >3 mm)
DEBAMED® Med-Box
Carrier for transporting samples of biological substances.
DEBAMED® Med-Box is an insulated carrier bag designed specially for collecting samples of biological substances taken during home visits. The Med-Box is designed to comply with the requirements for procedures in domestic environments. This reinforced bag can be used as external packaging for storage prior to analysis, or for transporting category B (UN3373) biological substances at short notice, in accordance with the international and European Guidance on regulations for the transport of infectious substances (ADR – WHO – ISO 15189).
DEBAMED® Med-Box features:
- Using eutectic plates, samples can be kept at a constant temperature for up to 6 hours during transport
- Complies with UN3373 regulations
- Tested by an external test lab in accordance with packaging instruction P650 for ADR class 6.2
- Comes with various pockets (e.g., for a Speci-Bag, sample tubes, syringes etc.) – pockets can be modified as required via hook and loop fasteners
- Exterior made from water resistent, easy-to-clean polyester (double polyurethane insulation) reinforced with removable base (PVC >3 mm)

The laboratory samples contained therein can be transported for up to six hours at a constant temperature using eutectic plates.
