Last year we signed the Diversity Charter and pledged ourselves to embed diversity and tolerance in DEBATIN’s corporate culture.
As an employer that strives to act responsibly and respectfully towards our employees, we believe equal opportunities and unbiased, unprejudiced diversity in the workplace should be a matter of course for everyone. Regardless of origin, gender, sexual identity, religion, disabilities, worldview or age.
In an ideal world, this would be stating the obvious. But sadly, these values are not practiced everywhere.
The 2023 Diversity Day & CSD Karlsruhe
By taking a clear stance, we want to play our part in making workplaces more diverse, raising awareness for diversity and eliminating discrimination.
Accordingly, we were delighted to celebrate Germany’s Diversity Day on 23 May 2023, and look forward to supporting and celebrating the Christopher Street Day (CSD) in Karlsruhe on 3 June 2023.
